Our client an international organisation is actively seeking an experienced Team Leader to join their Executive office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of Para Legal Administrators, to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate excellence in the skills required as detailed below;
The executive office handles enquiries and concerns from clients customers, dealerships and third parties relating to communications with Senior Executives, Legal cases, Escalated Cases and specific processes relating to high expenditure or sensitive information.
As such the successful candidate will need to be capable of leading a group of subject matter experts and specialists, to meet the pressure demands of the function. ThIs will require a strong level of automotive knowledge and experience, understanding of the legal framework for the sale of goods act and have robust leadership qualities and confident communications skills at all levels of management.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have the ability to perform well in stressful situations, be proactive and work on your own initiative.
A background within a legal environment is essential.
